It was truly an honor for Engr. Raden D. Dimaano, the esteemed Department Head of SPDRRMO, as the Guest of Honor and Speaker during the Joint Closing Ceremony of the Philippine Navy Reservist Southern Luzon Class 3-2023. His presence added immense value to an already momentous occasion.
Engr. Dimaano’s insightful words and unwavering support added immeasurable value to the activity, inspiring the graduates from Shipboard Familiarization and Orientation Training (SFOT) Class 3-2023 and Disaster Emergency Assistance and Rescue Training (DEART) Class 3-2023. This commitment to excellence and dedication to disaster response and risk management served as a beacon for our future leaders.
A special acknowledgment is also due to the Philippine Navy Reservist Southern Luzon Class 3-2023, who demonstrated exceptional commitment and resilience throughout their training. Under the guidance of the PDERG-SPDRRMO training team, they underwent rigorous Disaster Preparedness and Response Training, including Swift Water Search and Rescue and High Angle Rescue Orientation Course last November 25-26, 2023.
